Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how PeakTrade Signal Lens (“PeakTrade”, “we”), operated by CT Ventures, collects, uses, and protects your information. We collect the minimum needed to run the Service and never sell your personal data.

We collect:

• Account information — your email address and name, via our authentication provider (Clerk).
• Usage data — the analysts you follow, your unit-budget setting, sizing decisions you record, and journal notes you enter.
• Billing information — subscription status and customer identifiers from our payment processor (Stripe). We never see or store your full card number; Stripe handles payment details directly.
• Product analytics — anonymized usage events to understand how features are used and improve the Service.

We use your information to provide and personalize the Service (for example, sizing recommendations on your unit budget), to process subscriptions, to communicate with you about your account, to provide support, and to improve and secure the Service.

We share data only with providers that help us operate the Service, under contractual confidentiality and data-protection obligations:

• Clerk — authentication and account management;
• Supabase — database hosting for your account and product data;
• Stripe — subscription billing and payments;
• Vercel — application hosting and delivery;
• Inngest — background event processing;
• observability and analytics providers — error monitoring and anonymized usage metrics.

We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

We retain your account and product data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we delete or anonymize your personal data within a reasonable period, except where we must retain certain records (for example, billing records) to comply with legal obligations.

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise these rights, email support@peaktrade.io. You can update your unit budget, watchlist, and decisions directly in the app, and cancel your subscription from the billing portal at any time.

We use industry-standard measures to protect your data, including encryption in transit, row-level security on user-scoped data, and scoped access controls. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your information and to notify you of material incidents as required by law.

We use essential cookies for authentication and session management, and limited analytics cookies to understand product usage. You can control cookies through your browser settings; disabling essential cookies may break sign-in.
