Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of PeakTrade Signal Lens (“PeakTrade”, “we”, “us”, or “the Service”), operated by CT Ventures. By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy and Risk Disclaimer, which are incorporated by reference.

PeakTrade is an information and analytics tool that scores the historical credibility of public market analysts, surfaces regime-conditioned performance statistics, and illustrates position sizing against a unit budget you provide. The Service does not execute trades, hold funds, or provide personalized investment advice. See our Risk Disclaimer for important limitations.

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Service. You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.

Paid tiers are billed in advance on a recurring basis (weekly, monthly, or annual) through our payment processor, Stripe. By subscribing you authorize us to charge your payment method the applicable fee plus any taxes on each renewal until you cancel.

Prices are shown at checkout. We may change prices prospectively; any change takes effect at your next renewal and we will give reasonable notice. Founding-member pricing, where offered, is locked for the lifetime of a continuous subscription as described at the point of sale.

Purchases are made on the web through PeakTrade and Stripe. Where you access PeakTrade through a mobile application, your subscription and billing relationship remains with PeakTrade unless a purchase was explicitly made through a platform’s in-app purchase system.

You can cancel at any time from the billing portal in your account settings. Cancellation stops future renewals; your access continues through the end of the current paid period.

Where we advertise a money-back guarantee (for example, a 7-day guarantee on a new subscription), you may request a refund within that window by emailing support@peaktrade.io. Except as required by law or expressly stated, fees are otherwise non-refundable.

You agree not to:

• resell, redistribute, or publicly republish the Service’s scores, data, or outputs except as expressly permitted;
• scrape, crawl, or use automated means to extract data beyond normal product use;
• reverse engineer, interfere with, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its infrastructure;
• use the Service to violate any law or any third party’s rights.

The Service, including its software, design, scoring methodology, and original content, is owned by CT Ventures and protected by intellectual-property laws. Analyst content displayed in the Service belongs to its respective authors and is shown for commentary and analysis. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for your personal, non-commercial purposes.

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. PeakTrade is not investment advice and trading involves substantial risk of loss — see the Risk Disclaimer. To the maximum extent permitted by law, CT Ventures and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any trading or investment losses arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

We may modify these Terms; material changes will be communicated and take effect on the date stated. We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these Terms. You may stop using the Service at any time.
